FFSI is a Pyramid Scam!
They replicate, replicate, replicate.
Yesterday: the bottommost level, suffers financial lost.
Today: the bottommost level, suffers financial lost.
Tomorrow: the bottommost level, suffers financial lost.
They always are.
So, don't speak about your success,
when at the same time, your success is based on
the grief of the people at your bottommost level.
Whenever someone gets money,
their bottommost level is losing their money.
Whenever the bottom gets up the ladder,
somebody else become victimize.
THERE ALWAYS BE VICTIMS.
THERE ALWAYS BE THE LOSING SIDES.
ALWAYS.
IT IS WHERE THE MONEY COME FROM.
NOT FROM PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE SYSTEM.
ITS FROM YOU WHO JOIN THE SYSTEM.
ITS A MONEY GAME.
as simple as that.

I originally thought that the FFSI scheme was a legitimate network marketing or Multi Level Marketing business, but I did some more research and discovered that it is just a money generating scheme much like Hearts but using the internet to pass it along.
Though the money involved to get into the scheme is initially small with the returns promised quite large because of the global community which the internet has given us, it is still the same thing.
It is not a genuine business as there is no real product that is purchased for the money that you pay
For a business using this multi level structure to be genuine, then a product or service has to be available, this might be anything from a bar of soap to access to a gambling website, but still a product.
As someone who understands Pyramids and Multi Level Marketing, and the difference between them, my advice is steer well clear of Hearts, FFSI etc and anything that promises you easy money, unless you can afford to lose the money you will "invest" ... cos that is what is likely to happen.
I know that some will make money, but that is just 8 different, "someone elses" money that they are hoping to get back 8 times over. Someone, somewhere is being persuaded to give you money, in the hope that someone, somewhere will be persuaded to give them money.... 8 times.
Not only will it eventually collapse due to lack of people and money (there is only so much...), but morally, it angers me that someone who probably can't afford to lose it, will lose it, just so someone else can get a little more.
No not for me and I am glad that government is moving to outlaw these schemes at long last

If you don't think that financial education is a product then FFSI may not be a genuine business
opportunity.
But if you think that any sort of education is a worthy product that you could benefit from (even more valuable than a gambling site - in my own personal opinion) than FFSI should be considered as a geniune business.
Since I am not a member of FFSI I can't judge whether the system is a pyramid scheme or not. But you can easily recognise whether it is, if you have access to the compensation plan and carefully research how the "bottom level" (as you put it) make money from the "upper level".
A true and fair MLM opportunity has a valuable product to offer, education is one of them. And a true win-win MLM opportunity should financially reward people where ever they are, whether they are in the "upper level" or the "bottom level". So to have uplines who are heavy hitters will genearte a great source of income EVEN FOR THE PEOPLE THAT HE LEADS!

We can't say that all MLM businesses are scams, can we? In my opinion a great MLM business should gave opportunities for bottom level members to surpass even their up line if they could perform very well.
